An experienced finance director, for the hours your company needs.
Strategic financial leadership on demand to organise your finances, support investment decisions and sustain your company’s growth in Brazil and abroad — without the cost of a full-time executive.
Signs it is time
Most companies look for a fractional CFO when they recognise one or more of these situations:
- Cash gets tight without warning and there is no visibility.
- The numbers arrive late, do not reconcile or do not help decisions.
- The owners are stuck in day-to-day work with no time for strategy.
- A bank, investor or buyer asks for information the company does not have ready.
- The business is growing, exporting or opening abroad faster than its finance function.
- A full-time finance director does not fit the budget yet.

Frequently asked questions
What is a fractional CFO?
An experienced finance director who works for your company part-time — a few days a month or per project. You get senior-CFO level while paying only for the time you need.
How is it different from an accountant?
Accounting records what happened and handles tax compliance. A CFO uses those numbers to plan, decide and negotiate: cash, pricing, investments, banks and investors. We work alongside your accountant.
How is it priced?
The diagnostic has a fixed price. After that, usually a fixed monthly fee for the agreed commitment, or a fee per project. No surprises.
Do you help with fundraising?
Yes. We prepare forecasts, the pitch and the documentation, and support negotiations with banks, funds and investors.
How long do I need to commit?
From a few months to several years, depending on the goal. No long lock-in, and we can start in about a week.
Shall we talk about your company’s finances?
A first, no-obligation conversation to understand where you are.
